DL-ZFQ1-60S Fuel Nozzle

DL-ZFQ1-60S Dual main valve opens in stages: small flow first, then large flow; closes in reverse order.
Features: easier operation, effective flow control, significantly reduced hydraulic shock, and protection of the dispenser piping and related components.

Working Principle:

During refueling, lifting the switch handle activates the push rod to open the main valve, allowing pressurized solution to flow into its lower chamber. The pressure oil then operates the auxiliary valve, directing the solution through the outlet pipe into the container. As the solution flows, air trapped in the cavity behind the auxiliary valve seat is expelled. When the receiver is not fully filled, the air is compensated for via the air pipe and nozzle. The fuel nozzle lacks self-sealing capability.Upon full refilling, the oil seals the air vent, preventing further air expulsion. This creates negative pressure in the cavity,causing the diaphragm to deform upward and move its shaft upward. The steel ball that normally prevents movement slides toward the center, lowering the shaft and eliminating the fixed pivot point. The main valve then automatically closes underspring force, achieving self-sealing.

After the fuel nozzle is self-sealed, the self-sealing rod and the self-control film are reset under the action of their respective spring force, and the switch is reset accordingly.
