DL-ZFQ1-60S Dual main valve opens in stages: small flow first, then large flow; closes in reverse order.
Features: easier operation, effective flow control, significantly reduced hydraulic shock, and protection of the dispenser piping and related components.

The 11AW Series nozzle features with a dual-poppet design and the dash-pot mechanism. This new design gives the 11 AW Series nozzle a smooth operation - easy opening and soft closing while reducing line shock effectively. The 11AW Series nozzle is slim, lightweight, and convenient to use. It is also a top performer that offers long life and reliable service.

Installation and commissioning

A. OOBA

Self-sealing fuel nozzle come in two packaging layers (inner and outer). After opening the inner package.customers should carefully check if the product includes inspection certificates, manuals, and other attachments. Verify that the specified specifications, model, thread parameters, and other details match the customer's procurement requirements. If any discrepancies or transportation damage are found, please contact our factory immediately.

 

B. Install

Before installation, manually switch the fuel nozzle 2-3 times at a constant speed to check whether its action mechanism is normal.

When connecting, first fix the oil pipe joint with tools, then tum the gun body with both hands to tighten. After tightening, check whether there is any medium leakage at the connection under the nominal pressure.

 

C. Commissioning

Insert the fuel nozzle outlet tube into the solvent container mouth, ensuring the insertion depth reaches at least two-thirds of the fuel outlet pipe's total length. After activating the fuel dispenser, operate the nozzle to perform at least two self sealing cycles (starting with low flow rates) at each setting. If no liquid overflows from the container mouth after self-sealing.the product is functioning properly, and the nozzle is ready for use. If the nozzle fails to self-seal or seals sluggishly initially use your finger to block the air hole at the front end of the fuel outlet pipe. Then, operate the nozzle to complete 5-8 self sealing cycles to restore normal operation.
